ABOUT OMV CONSTRUCTION
Osiel Munoz started his construction career at a young age. By the age of 15, he had immigrated to the United States, where he began working in Construction. In the present day, he currently holds over 25+ years of experience in the field of Utility Construction. Most notably, Water and Sewer utilities. In 2018, Mr. Munoz decided to open OMV Construction LLC. Without a doubt, there have been many ups and downs, but with the help of our passionate workers and with Mr. Munoz as our leader, OMV Construction has produced the highest quality jobs possible. OMV Construction has most notably worked in the cities of Midland, Odessa, and Pecos.
